TIPS FOR OILY SKIN-CARE WASH, CLEAN. THE FACTS HIDDEN

Dear Fave,

Today its all about beauty on favorite physician.

So apparently for the past few months I have been making an observation on the role of face wash in the use of acne and oily skincare, and my conclusion really is that the use of skin care products for the face is appropriate. Instead of the usual t-zone oil buildup during the day, I noticed the entire face looking oily and every two weeks I will need a good scrub and deep cleansing which is not good enough for me. As a matter of fact, the environmental conditions, the weather and climate, use of make-up, the type of ingredients all accompany as factors that do matter in this situation.

Rules depending on your skin type does vary and thats why you should understand the care for your skin type.

On the journey I realized that it is good sequentially to use natural products often but not with the use of harsh chemicals.

Medically the management approach for most cases of acne treatment claims the use of face wash, face scrubs and other care products does not affect the removal of acne as it occurs from below the epidermal layers and this products only cleanse the surface, but I disapprove because even the slightest use of proper face skincare products reverse whats going on above the surface level, reducing oil reduces pore clogs and ingredients like benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, tea tree oil all help in the prevention of bacteria buildup, except a hormonal case, mild - moderate acne can be controlled easily. Remember the major issues in the course of management approach mainly aims at the reduction of the current scar formation, correcting pigmentation and ultimately preventing the formation of new acne breakouts.

Timing;

Onset varies, but usually starts with two times per day for face wash in 24 hours and at least two times per week for facial scrubs in a month.

Gradually, then decrease this procedure to one to two times per day for the face wash in 24hours and at least once a week for facial scrubs in a month.

A trick I also developed is the use of whatever is good for the face is good for the body skin method, meaning if I can scrub my face with it, then it is mild and good enough for my body but not the other way around. So also good healing.

Endeavor to use a good cleansing toner both morning and at night.

Morning because your skin produces oil while you sleep at night, while at night to clean off the environmental debris built up over the day by pollution, make-up and so on.

Physician’s Advice.

Note to always watch out for reactions from new products, stop use immediately and re introduce after a while, if skin irritation continues stop and see your primary health provider or your cosmetologist for a recommendation.

Pls know a fave in need of this info or someone who suffers from mild oily situation, do share on our social media pages.

Love,

F.P.
