Dear Fave,

Are you ashamed when you have your make up on fleek and half way through the day its a greasy mess because of your oily skin? Well you are not alone, millions of people also have an oily skin and deal with it just perfectly well. There is no skin type without its own issues, so if you are praying for a dry skin or normal skin soon enough you will yearn your oily skin again, same goes for all other skin types.

To know how to deal with an oily skin is a matter of time, experience, knowledge and information like the one that you are reading up right now which speaks volume of your interest in making a change that you are comfortable with, lucky enough that is not so bad, all it takes is some more oil. follow this link

I explained the mechanism in which the brain's response of serum production can be altered during the day and is simply by adding a natural organic oil to your beauty routine, initially it might seem like an absolute mess but eventually you will get a hang of the process and have a flawless overall glowing look not over the top oily.

Benefits of this great trick are;

1 You trick your skin to produce less oil

2 You enjoy the softness of your skin and stay warm

3 Enjoy a lasting fragrance after application of perfumes to your skin.

Great natural oils for the skin available are Glycerin, Argan oils, Coconut Oils, Shea butter, Jojoba oil, Castor oil, Lavender oil, Olive oil, Tea-tree Oils in no particular order of preference. They all would make my list of beauty regime, amongst others alike.

Wonder what oils are beneficial, a lot are available, keeping in mind to go for the 100% organic and natural unadulterated oils.

My personal go to oils are the ones which are used multi purposely, like;

African Shea butter - with effects of moisturizing, nourishing, glowing, shine, anti-aging, sun protection.

Tea tree oil - with effects of antiseptic, anti fungal, great for acne and other skin problems

Coconut oil - smells just great, for the nails, hair and more.

I have learnt to avoid mineral oils and not just the jelly petrolatum base but even products that contain mineral oils for the very reason that it is not great for many skin-types especially the african skin, even babies in which it is widely used for. Avoid it on your face, me goes no where near my skin either. There are lots of great alternatives readily available listed above, glycerin for one.

I would not advise a drastic change just because you read it on a blog online, but instead a gradual trial because what works on one skin doesn't necessarily have to be the same for yours, be careful so you do not loose hope in this skin miracle.

Remember natural is beauty.

This are the few I know, be sure to share your own thoughts and knowledge here to.

Love, F.P.
