Dear Fave,
You might be an exemption to the armless party but surely one way or the other you'll get to look into the mirror sighting your armpits and think they definitely have to look as good as your arms or chest if not better or for me at least.
It's easy to get rid of dark armpits if you know the cause.
If it's not a medical case then most likely it's the method of hair removal exposure.
Have you ever wondered to yourself, If your methods of hair removal are right for you?
Well surely I have and a brief look at all will bring us to a better understanding of the topic.
"My recommendation is you do not have to use the same hair removal methods for every part of your body."
Know what hair removal method works best for where on your body and stick to it.
Brows
Personally, any form of hair removal works well for my brows.
So depending on my mood;
I shape it with a blade,
Tweeze it, if I’m jolly strong for the pain.
Thread it if I’m threading somewhere else.
Wax hardly.
Small Facial Hairs
Facial hair just a lil scissors for trimming,
Occasional threading,
and ultimately I'm disciplining myself to abide by the more permanent methods like laser hair removal method that works for my skin tone, (those burns are harder to remove than normal hyper-pigmentation, story for another day)
Chest good old trimming or plucking with tweezers or just leave em.
Armpits
Yes, our main focus,
With so many methods to choose from, this could be the guide to what’s best for you.
Depilatory Creams Depilatory creams are good, very easy in my opinion. Leaving the skin feeling silky smooth immediately, but hate that they sting, burn, leave the armpits red and sore for sensitive skins, with a long term effect of the darkened armpit skin.
Long term use of depilatory creams can get unsightly.
Quick Fix
Exfoliate - Usually, following any method of hair removal it's great to exfoliate or scrub the skin almost immediately depending on the method and sensitivity of the skin.
Waxing is great besides the mild pain, (P.S I have a strong threshold for pain) it removes every hair from the root and exfoliates my skin in the process, besides me having to forget all about hair in that area for a long while 6weeks and more.

No Shaving - If you are prone to ingrowth hair like I am, the advise will be to stay away from shaving totally, notice how I’ve hardly mentioned it throughout.
Depilatory creams generally darken anywhere I use them, so I just avoid them totally
If you’ll wax then learn to exfoliate also, this is the trick to keep the hair thinner and finer with a clean route to pass through the pores when it is growing back.
Laser- hmmm think it through.
Laser is on hold in that area for now. Think I missed something out, or have more to contribute? Leave it in the comment box below.
Love, F.P.
