Favorite Physician Rebirth; The Purpose To Introduction

Dear Fave,

Lifestyle is key

After the age of 35, some might even say 40, the body begins to show signs of aging in different forms; hyper-pigmentation or dark spots, sagging skin, dull glow-less skin, dry and patchy skin, and the mother of all lines and wrinkles. But taking a very good look at each of the signs mentioned above, there’s not one of them, that cannot be prevented.

Now, what you begin to do before this period, drastically contributes to the overall outcome of the general health of your skin, which has a lot to do with consistency. Consistency shows its fruits by the results you experientially like or dislike, approve or disapprove. If you like and approve certain results then you maintain the strategy you had already put in place to get the results in the first place, and even propose a better plan to give the results progress. Like any regular management plan, they are reviewed, reaccessed and acted accordingly i.e if for instance you needed to loose weight and previously lifted 500kg of weights per day for intensive treatment, when a certain result has been achieved this initial plan should normally be adjusted to the new and updated need, which would definitely change and determine the new plan.

Once a goal has been set and are being achieved, it’s reviewed and newer goals are set in motion, either putting aside completely all the old goals and carrying on new ones or picking a few of the old goals which are mandatory for the journey ahead and adding to the new more improved and important goals.

Like many plans, it sounds too good to be true and even easy, but what happens when your consistency gives results that you dislike or disapprove of (N.B not of what others term approve worthy).

Lifestyle Modification

Lifestyle modification definition - is when you replace habits formed over a long period of time that involves your everyday activities, like what you eat, physical activity and such and maintain the new habits for more than 3 months. Lifestyle modification is used widely in medicine to treat a number of diseases like hypertension, obesity e.t.c

My personal outlook of a lifestyle modification is basically living a balanced life. Spiritually, Mentally, and Physically.

How to achieve this and more is what you’ll be getting steadily from us at Favorite Physician.

Spiritually

This is how one's belief helps in life.

Being happy and living in love transcends to inner beauty which cannot be hidden and eventually translates out.

Mentally

It is said and has been proven that the mind is a connection between the spirit and body. A person mindset translates to their value system.

Different thoughts acquired and formed determines a personal outlook on life.

Physically

“Your determination births consistency, which translates into a habit; good or bad and eventually forms a lifestyle, all aided by a spirit” _Yerima

The ultimate guide to living right is tied to discipline. Contrary to popular opinion, it goes beyond just thinking positively.

How? You ask. Let’s look at the following;

  1. A Consistent 30 minutes brisk walk every day keeps the heart healthy.

  2. An already bad habit in progress is fueled by consistency.

  3. A neutral person is consistent in discipline or indiscipline.

In these three scenarios, you find that regardless of their motives, there’s just one driving force: Consistency.

The more I advance in life, the more I realize priorities are bound to improve.

Life like a well, will always keep you wanting, searching and seeking. The question is, “are you satisfied or just making an endless roller-coaster in life?”.

The truth is, there will always be someone with the right answer if you choose to believe.

Here, on favorite Physician, we will be dealing with this many life cycles, to help find the right balance between health, beauty and how it relates to our everyday living. We are solely responsible for the decisions we make and how they end up

shaping our lives.

I know literally a lot about the human existence cannot be fathomed, however the little facts we have to work with shall be greatly maximized to its fullest.

The Vision Behind Favorite Physician is a skin life lesson.

Skin is a lifestyle based on the choices you make. Like a habit the saying what you eat in you wear out is so true dependent on the choices you make - Right and healthy or Sloppy and foolish.

Every decision you make shows on your skin, from what you ingest to what you apply out. It’s a cycle and that’s what habits are. “Build skin with the right foundation and she will serve you for a lifetime to come.

Track Record;

Skin problems can be very challenging. I’ve had to battle several skin issues in the past personally, like acne breakouts; ranging from teenage hormones, PCOS, stress, steroidal products, just name it, but the saving grace is how each time I’m able to conquer all.

However, realizing that the last form of skin challenge was always different from the later, made me realize how several others out there constantly battle similar, if not worst skin challenges too. Unfortunately, due to environmental factors associated with the above mentioned issues, change of skincare cosmetic products, irregularities and so on, the results always change.

Which is what made me think to myself

‘I want to be able to reproduce my results’.

I made a strong determination that this time was going to be different, I was going to approach this problem holistically which birthed my zeal to avoid the same old cycle of mistakes, either I or loved ones kept making, treating my entire skin problems in the safest way possible and eventually maintaining such standards, encouraging whoever cares to jump on the wagon with me.

Follow me on this beautiful journey as I tell the story of my scars, the mechanism of the healing process and the beauty of it all, from a professional point of view you can relate with.

Welcome back to Favorite Physician; the journey in unveiling true beauty has begun.

Love

F.P
